It's been a while since I've posted anything. Currently, living, working, and attending college in Alabama. I finally have more time to work on knives again. I'll try to update this site at least once a week. Thanks for your support!
The chef knife shown above was made out of 100 year old wrought iron and spring steel laminate. The handle was stabilized splated pecan.

Their other great design feature is their removable beveled edges, or razors, at the pivot - these razors are placed inside the handle when the knife is closed and can be removed to open the blade.
